Auto Body Repair Technician jobs in Pascagoula, MS

- Oversee daily operations of the body shop/collision center, ensuring efficient and effective workflow
- Manage a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed -New state of the art facility moving to Fall 2024
- Coordinate scheduling and assignments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies and equipment
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety protocols
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business objective

```Skills:```
- Proficient in the use of hand tools for various automotive repair tasks
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive service center preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Experience with auto painting, auto body repair, and auto glass replacement.

CCC experience needed.
