Experienced Mechanical Installer (Millwright) Job Description

We are looking to hire a hard-working mechanical installation tech that has a strong background knowledge in conveyor and industrial machinery including but not limited to Robots, AGC, Unibilt Systems, Uni-beam systems and etc.. You will be responsible for working in a team effort to travel and work with the team to complete installs.

To be successful as a Experienced Mechanical Installer, you should be able to get along with everyone and help promote positive attitude on a job site. Must also be able to build good working relationships with customers.

Experienced Mechanical Installer Responsibilities:

• Take direction from direct supervisor and/or foreman.
• Read and understand field installation prints and documents.
• Communicate all issues or problems that arise during an install to direct supervisor or foreman.
• Help the team meet all deadlines on a project.
• Point out safety concerns or issues as they arise to direct supervisor or foreman.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Must have a strong mechanical background in industrial equipment.

Experienced Mechanical Installer Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 21 plus years of age
• Able to pass a background check.
• Clean driving record and valid US drivers’ license.
• Technical school or training preferred.
• Knowledge of Conveyor and industrial machinery.
• Strong trouble shooting and mechanical skill set.
• The ability to work in different environmental conditions.
• Great teamwork and communication skills
