Position: Project Manager/Coordinator
Qualifications/Special Skills:- Applicants are required to have 5 years commercial glass or construction related experience.
- Ability to read, review and analyze project drawings for accuracy and value engineering.
- Competency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.), Sage software.
- AutoCAD experience is a plus.
Essential Functions
- Create, coordinate and track RFIs, submittals, change orders and material orders for approval.
- Request and track shop drawings, samples.
- Prepare and monitor cost estimates and project schedules.
- Candidates must have effective oral and written communication skills, strong organization/time management
skills, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, good attention to detail with the ability to
recognize discrepancies, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Travel to local job sites and/or general contractor offices as required.
- Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
