Gagnon's Auto & RV Sales, Inc. has an immediate opening for a full-time Service Advisor. We are seeking a self-motivated, friendly, hard-working person to join our team. This is a fast-paced environment with high standards for work quality and customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance.
Duties include, but are not limited to:

Fielding all Service Department phone calls and scheduling appointments.
Verifies warranty and service contract coverage/Submits warranty claims
Prepare repair orders.
Work with customers to ensure they are satisfied.

Monday – Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
