The Automotive Sales Associate schedules appointments with the service department. Evaluates retail customer needs and makes product/service recommendations accordingly. Being an Automotive Sales Associate ensures retail area is maintained in a neat, clean, professional manner. Answers telephone calls in a professional manner and refers callers to the appropriate personnel. In addition, Automotive Sales Associate aids in receiving, stocking and maintaining all displays. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty, and basic knowledge of tires and other automotive products. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Being an Automotive Sales Associate may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Location: Foxboro, MA, 02035
Five days a week with NO Sunday’s.
Base salary of $50,000 possibility to make up to $100,000We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team in Foxboro, MA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in automotive sales and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Manage and respond to internet leads in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Create and maintain excellent relationships
- Other tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- **NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
