Answers telephone calls in a professional manner and refers callers to the appropriate personnel. In addition, Automotive Sales Associate aids in receiving, stocking and maintaining all displays. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty, and basic knowledge of tires and other automotive products. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Being an Automotive Sales Associate may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Job Description: Are you ready for an exciting opportunity within Wise F&I's Client Services team, supporting the Client Relations, Sales team and our partners? In this role you will be responsible for administrative functions such as establishing new partners in the appropriate systems, ensuring complete and accurate information along with processing inbound client supply requests for sales and marketing items, and other support functions for the Client Services team. This is a great role to join the team and learn about our key business requirements, processes and partners to launch your career with Wise F&I. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service experience, a willingness to learn and grow with a positive attitude, supply / inventory experience and/or automotive experience. The successful candidate will enjoy splitting their daily work between processing new partner set-ups in the systems ensuring accurate and complete information, along with processing outbound supply fulfillment orders, and other support functions as needed for the Client Services team.
