Responsibilities:
- Sell and deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring a seamless sales experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on satisfaction and cross-selling opportunities.
- Utilize effective cold calling and prospecting techniques to identify new customers and build relationships.
- Collaborate with sales management to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
- Manage and maintain inventory, ensuring that all vehicles are properly displayed and available for sale.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and trade-in values.
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales team members, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales environment, adhering to dealership policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
- Strong sales skills, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.
- Bilingualism or multilingualism is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic knowledge of retail math and financing options is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,160.00 - $192,360.00 per year
