Description:

A key role in the service department with the ability to make an impact, drive department revenue and customer satisfaction as the customers’ first touch point.

· Coordinate service appointment scheduling, obtain all customer and vehicle data, preferably prior to customer arrival.

· Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.

· Write up repair orders based on customers’ descriptions of vehicle maintenance issues and professional experience.

· Advise customers on the care of their cars, suggested preventative maintenance and educate customers on the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications.

· As key point of contact with customers, provide updates and manage expectations on estimated completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.

· Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.

Qualifications:

Dealership and CDK Experience Required.

· HONDA experience preferred

· 3 years of related service department experience

· Must possess a high level of professionalism and outstanding customer service skills.

· Must have clean MVR and pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background search.

· Computer proficient

· Valid driver's license

· Ability to commute to and work at the dealership location 100%

· Ability to work Saturdays

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year

Work Days:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
