    Who we are:

    We are a new and used car dealership that has been serving Northern Indiana and Rockford, IL shoppers for the past 10 years. With a total of 600 new and used cars, vans, trucks & SUVs in-stock, there is something for every car shopper. We are known as the Dealer For The People because of our For The People process and unbeatable selection. We are a family owned and operated dealership located at 1630 N Coliseum Blvd.


    In the last few months our new and used vehicle sales volume has increased compared to the prior year. We have consistently been one of the largest volume dealerships in new and used vehicles sales.


    Why we are looking:

    We believe the growth we have seen so far is due in part to the proactive approach we have taken to the changes in the market, our unique selling philosophy, and our commitment to our customers. Our future growth will be realized because of the outstanding product line-up that we have and the new offerings coming soon!


    Because of this goal we are looking for an additional 3 sales reps that will market, present, and sell our products.

    How we pay:

    The compensation plan is a commissioned pay plan with a monthly draw. An estimated income for the first year is calculated to be between $55,000 to $70,000 for an average performer, and between $75,000 to $100,000 for a motivated individual. (Several of our salespeople earned well over $100,000 this year. How much did you make this year?) There is no cap or limit to the income earned. You will be paid on your individual performance! We do not guarantee the estimated income.


    What is expected:

    Primary tasks will include setting appointment by phone and internet, basics of product knowledge, needs analysis, product consultation, handling of objections / questions, presenting offers to purchase, filling out appropriate paperwork and following up with prospects.
