Berkshire Mountain Bakery, one of Berkshire County’s oldest and most celebrated artisanal bakeries, seeks a reliable individual to join our take-and-bake pizza team in our retail store in Housatonic, MA.

Ideal candidates should possess:

· Prior experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen

· Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor

· Ability to excel in a fast-paced food service setting

· Courteous customer service demeanor and attention to detail when taking orders

· Strong time management skills and punctuality

Job responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

· Prep of all ingredients for pizzas, including an assortment of toppings and sauces

· Creating pizzas as ordered over the phone, online, and in-person in an accurate, clean, and timely manner

· Assisting counter staff with ordering taking and customer service as needed

· Monitoring and maintaining a clean work area and practices consistent with servsafe and DOH guidelines

Compensation: $18-$20 per/hr tips
