Grains of Montana Bakery is a wholesale manufacturing bakery company that is seeking to add Production Team Members. We are hiring for our Pastry, Bread Production and Packaging Teams. NO BAKING EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! WE WILL TRAIN YOU! You are required to have good work ethic and the willingness to be trained and learn. All jobs require that you are able to multitask and enjoy working in a fast paced, busy work environment. You need to be able to lift at least 50 pounds occasionally throughout the day and be able to stand on your feet for two hour periods. We seek motivated individuals who can work clean and sanitary, are organized and are quick thinking multitaskers. You must take great pride in the work you do.
You Must Have the Ability to:
-Follow all GMP's and Safety Procedures
-Perform duties as requested by management
-work independently with minimum supervision
-stoop, kneel, climb, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, talk, hear, lift and perform repetitive motions
-occasionally lift objects up to 50 pounds waist high
-work well with entire baking team
-move from one task to another with minimal distraction

Qualifications
- Experience in food production, manufacturing, or a related field
- Knowledge of forklift operation
- Cooking skills and experience in baking
- Understanding of sanitation practices, HACCP, and CGMP guidelines
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting
- Familiarity with food processing and handling procedures
- Culinary experience or a background in the food industry
- Strong knife skills for food preparation
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment operation
