Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Manager assists in the management of the loan processing operations team that originates, processes, and closes various types of loans. Implements processes and procedures to maintain accuracy and completeness of required documentation. Being a Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Manager monitors achievement of operating performance metrics and standards for speed, quality, and customer service. Develops solutions to resolve operational issues. Additionally, Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Manager oversees the preparation of reporting for internal departments and external agencies. Coordinates audit requests and processes. Develops training and communication mechanisms that inform the team of regulatory requirements and updates. May require a bachelor's degree. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for this newly created position. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and cultivating new business opportunities while also focusing on existing business relationships throughout the credit union’s field of membership.
With this exciting opportunity, you will lead business development from our new Greenland NH location generating new opportunities in the Portsmouth, Exeter, Hampton, and Newmarket area with your primary focus being on business relationships and member business loan growth in the region. You will also work with HRCU retail staff in nurturing and growing relationships in our current markets of Rochester/Dover as well as the opportunities to expand certain consumer offerings.
