Job Title: Bartender

Life as a Bartender:

As a Bartender with Superhost Hospitality at Holiday Inn Lexington, you will be the maestro behind crafting delightful beverages and ensuring a vibrant atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities include:

• Mixing and serving a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Providing excellent customer service by engaging with guests and offering menu recommendations.
• Managing and maintaining the bar area, including inventory control and cleanliness.
• Collaborating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth beverage service during events or busy periods.
• Creating a welcoming and entertaining environment for guests.

We are seeking an individual with the following attributes:

• Mixology Skills: Proficiency in crafting a diverse range of beverages with creativity and precision.
• Customer Focus: A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating a positive guest experience.

Additional Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage trends, including cocktails and craft beers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
