This position will support all food and beverage operations at Cape Fox Lodge (Heen Kahidi Dinning room & Eagles Nest)

Job Description:

The Banquet Chef will manage/run day-to-day operations for banquets.  They will also be responsible for BOH labor, food cost, food quality, keeping our menu current and exciting, preparation times.

Job Responsibilities:

Work area will be free from debris, dust, liquid spillage, and food particles. Maintains all workspaces and in a clean and organized manner.
