Under the Direction of the Banquet Manager, the incumbent supervises all aspects of the banquet department while ensuring guest satisfaction during planned events. Position must be flexible to all days and hours of the week. Friendly, personable, well groomed, organized, professional and able to multi-task. Individual must speak, write, and read English.  The primary responsibility is to ensure our "Extraordinary" guest service standards are maintained at all times. In joining our team, you commit to supporting this mission by demonstrating our 5 Star Service Standards at all times and holding all team members to the same.  An Associate degree or higher; or the successful completion of an internal development program; or previous work experience from an equal or higher position with very similar job responsibilities and business volumes is required.   A minimum of one (1) year banquet supervisory experience in a high volume operation, or, three (3) years banquet related experience in a high-volume operation is required. Must be capable of lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds, and push up to 75 pounds regularly.  Working during weekends, holidays and peak business periods is required, including working any shift/day designated by the Food and Beverage Department.
