We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber Instructor to join our team. As a Barber Instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise in various areas of barbering with aspiring students. Duties:

- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and instructional materials in the field of cosmetology

- Teach students various skills and techniques including hair extensions, hair threading, hair coloring, makeup application, body waxing, and barbering

- Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervise students during practical sessions

- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement

- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration

- Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and regulations to ensure curriculum relevance

- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to enhance the overall learning experience

- Conduct theoretical and practical assessments to evaluate student progress

Requirements:

- Valid barber license

- Proven experience as a barber instructor

- In-depth knowledge of various cosmetology techniques, including hair extensions, hair threading, hair coloring, makeup application, body waxing, and barbering

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively teach and engage adult learners in a classroom setting

- Familiarity with adult education principles and teaching methodologies

- Passion for continuous learning and professional development in the field of cosmetology
