As the Operations Manager, you would be responsible to:

• Hire, supervise and manage your subsidiary, distribution and administrative team. Manage morale in the Branch by setting and demonstrating a strong business ethic for dealing with employees, suppliers and customers.
• Supervise the facilities, health and safety, vehicles and equipment of its subsidiary.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop integrated positioning strategies to increase company brand exposure.
• Report and analyze the financial health of your subsidiary using its income statement and key performance indicators.
• Plan and manage branch inventory.
• Continuously maintain knowledge of products and services.
• Provide complete, accurate and on-time reporting of key performance metrics established for the Branch. Provide written and verbal reports on operations on an ongoing basis.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• 5 years of experience in management or supervisory roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• A class 5 driving license.
• Technical background: experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
• Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and business processes.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and results oriented.
• Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and Adobe Products.
• Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
• Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.

Compensation:

• $50,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
