Behavior Analyst conducts psychological/behavioral assessments for assigned patients. Designs, implements and evaluates behavior intervention plans. Being a Behavior Analyst provides ongoing training to clinical staff in the implementation and management of behavior programs. Requires a master's degree in behavioral analysis or related field. Additionally, Behavior Analyst may require certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Behavior Analyst work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. We are looking to hire Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to assess, supervise, and provide caregiver training to our incoming clients. We work with children and adolescents (ages 2-18) diagnosed with autism at home, school, daycare, and through Telehealth. We are providers for a number of private health insurances.
