Behavior Analyst conducts psychological/behavioral assessments for assigned patients. Designs, implements and evaluates behavior intervention plans. Being a Behavior Analyst provides ongoing training to clinical staff in the implementation and management of behavior programs. Requires a master's degree in behavioral analysis or related field. Additionally, Behavior Analyst may require certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Behavior Analyst work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Seeds of Change Early Intervention Center is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team. Seeds of Change offers an exciting opportunity for the Behavior Technician to work in a clinic based setting in beautiful Montpelier, Vermont! The Behavior Technician will be responsible for providing behavior- analytic services and programs either individually or in a small group with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), other developmental disabilities, and/or emotional-behavioral disorders. Each BT will report directly to at least one BCBA® or assistant behavior consultant (ABC) responsible for the assessment, program development, and ongoing supervision of the behavior-analytic program.
