Behavioral Health Case Management Manager manages a staff of case managers responsible for emotional, mental or psychological patient care coordination. Evaluates performance of case managers. Being a Behavioral Health Case Management Manager ensures care provided is in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Behavioral Health Case Management Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Behavioral Health Case Management Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Behavioral Health Case Management Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Hours: 40 hours per week. Clinic hours are Monday, Thursday, & Friday,9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Tuesday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm; and Wednesday, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Pay Rate: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
Education:High School/GED diploma required with at least one year of experience working with children and adolescents with severe emotional disturbance in a public mental health setting.Bachelor's degree in a mental health related field, such as Psychology, Social Work or Counseling with child and adolescent experience preferred.

Crossroads Family Center is a children/youth outpatient program which provides services to the East region of San Diego County. We provide a range of services including crisis intervention, individual, family, and group therapy, medication support, rehabilitation, case management and drug and alcohol services while incorporating the family systems and wrap-around approach. We provide mental health services to children and youth with Medi-Cal as well as those who are uninsured and underinsured.
