    We are currently seeking a Field Case Manager for Worker's Compensation in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area.

    Some responsibilities of the position:

    • Assessing the injured workers medical issue and coordinating the treatment plan.
    • Maintaining phone and/or digital contact with all parties involved
    • Coordinating and attending injured workers’ appointments
    • Deliver monthly progress reports on a timely basis.
    • Work with employers on job duty modifications based on medical limitations and the employee’s functional assessment.
    • Explain instructions giving by physicians and therapists along with answering any questions the injured worker may have in an effort to facilitate his/her return to work.
    • Keep licenses and accreditation current and in good standing.
    • Documenting your time for case management duties.
    • Serve as an intermediary to interpret and educate the injured worker on his/her injury and the treatment plan established by the case manager, physicians, and therapists.
    • Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of developments in the medical case management field.
