Behavioral Health Director oversees the study and treatment of patients with emotional, mental, or psychological disorders. Develops, implements, and updates strategic initiatives, programs, and services. Being a Behavioral Health Director manages and directs the operations of behavioral health services. Uses knowledge of behavioral health research and trends to ensure the department's practices are up-to-date and effective. Salary range: $65,000 - 70,000 per year

The Enrollment Director represents the program to parents/guardians, referents, prior treatment providers, etc. This position is highly interactive and serves as a critical link between these various entities. Ensures that the admission processes are completed within the designated time and all documentation is professionally presented.
The Enrollment Director may also provide direct services for group, individual and family therapy, and may be responsible for carrying a small clinical caseload in addition to their admissions responsibilities.
