Summary:

Full-time opportunity to join our Benefits team! This position will have a heavy emphasis on data mining, metrics, analytics and reporting. This is a hybrid remote and on-site position that can be based at any UCHealth location in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Uses data and vendor reporting to compile metrics and analyze results. This position will have a heavy emphasis on data mining, metrics, analytics, and reporting. Expert Excel skills are necessary.
• Researches, evaluates and implements new or changing benefits programs, policies and procedures.
• Works with vendors to ensure proper employee enrollment/coverage and to resolve disputes.
• Monitors compliance with and changes in applicable laws and regulations.
• Responsible for administering benefits policies and programs, presenting benefit plans and information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in related field.
• 7-10 years' experience in working with large data sets, data mining, metrics, analytics, and reporting. Expert Excel skills are necessary.
• Must demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, use discretion and good judgement, maintain confidentiality, and work under multiple deadlines.
• Must have strong organization, planning, analytical, problem solving and excellent interpersonal skills.

The pay range for this position is: $36.19 - $54.28 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
