Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Benefits Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries, providing exceptional service while maintaining accurate records and data analysis.
Duties
- Administer employee benefits programs, including retirement plans, and other related offerings.
- Conduct data analysis to assess the effectiveness of benefits programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to ensure compliance with employment labor laws and other relevant regulations.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding their benefits options, eligibility, and enrollment processes.
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop strategies that enhance employee satisfaction with benefits offerings.
Experience
- Proven experience in a benefits administration role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information accurately.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements related to employee benefits and labor laws.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to employees at all levels.
