This position facilitates the vendor/client relationship, working closely with insurance brokers, clients, sales teams and internal departments. Individuals in this position are often the initial contact with our clients and works hard to establish and maintain a great relationship. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, exceptional customer service skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task under a deadline.

Must have a general understanding of all aspects associated with a client's benefit plan, including but not limited to plan language, plan documents, ACA, IRS regulatory requirements. Must have a basic understanding of medical claims and the math to determine if a plan design will work; as well as Flexible Spending Accounts and COBRA. Advanced education, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour
