King Agency, a subsidiary of Energy Insurance Agency and AAA Club Alliance Inc., is hiring a Group Benefits Analyst to join our team in Holland, OH! This is not a client-facing role. This individual would act as a liaison between our carriers and the agency.

King Agency has been providing organizations with full-service HR solutions and employee benefit packages for over 30 years in the Toledo, OH and Great Lakes region. Our staff has over 300 years of combined experience and strive to provide an exceptional service to our clients to ensure they find the best HR solution for their needs.

We are looking for someone who will

• Partner with the Account Managers and Sales Executives to create group census data for prospective & new clients.

• Review renewals on behalf of clients and conduct plan comparisons.

• Setting up and submitting client groups in FormFire.

• Review client experience data and determine what carriers and plan designs to price

• Oversee agency book of business with regard to marketing new and renewal clients proactively.

• Check new and renewal policies for accuracy in rates, census, coverage.

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with our carriers.

• Maintain electronic files and daily correspondence in our agency management system.

• Maintain new and renewal dashboards in benefits project management system.

• Perform special projects as needed.

Do you have what it takes?

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the group benefits service, underwriting or sales.

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Strong time management skills and attention to detail

• Strong technical aptitude and experience with MS Office products - we are looking for an Excel guru!

• An active Life and Health license , or the ability to obtain one

• The ability to work In a fast-pace environment with multiple interruptions throughout your day
