Benefits Specialist - Full-time, Direct Hire, Immediate need

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Benefits Specialist for one of our top clients. This position requires an individual who understands benefits intricately and can provide valuable recommendations and support. The successful candidate will be friendly and helpful in demeanor and have a strong background in benefits administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding benefit options, eligibility, and enrollment processes.
- Resolve benefits-related issues and recommend solutions to improve employee satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Benefits Manager and support the HR Team as needed.
- Stay current on industry trends and changes in benefits regulations to ensure the company's benefits programs remain competitive and compliant.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of solid experience in benefits administration.
- A degree in Business or an HR field preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex benefits-related issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to be approachable and helpful to employees.
- Proficiency in benefits administration software and Microsoft Office Suite.
