Purpose of this position: Accountable for leading the restructuring/redesign of McLeod's investment summary utilizing technical analysis and methodologies to determine efficient and streamlined, sales-related business processes and practices, while providing internal support within McLeod's sales department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: 

• Administrate McLeod's CRM and manage NetSuite Automation duties
  • Continually plan, develop, test, and release SuiteScripts (a form of JavaScript) to automate tasks and workflows within NetSuite, and NetSuite’s Advanced HTML/PDF Templates to improve reporting
  • Build and maintain NetSuite forms and records related to departmental desires regarding reporting within sales and general customer knowledge
  • Provide exceptional support to users with general process inquiries
  • Participate in sales process planning, utilizing NetSuite 
  • Execute remaining migrations regarding former to new/current CRM tools
• Assist and manage the full-cycle automation of McLeod's investment summary
  • Utilize Visual Basic Application (VBA) scripting within Microsoft Excel , to continually enhance and automate quotes of McLeod's products and services
  • Continually build advanced formulas to accommodate McLeod's continuously, changing price structure
  • Provide support for code issues and irregular customer transactions that require customized spreadsheets
• Manage Veloci
  
  • Plan, develop, test, and release a mobile/desktop app that integrates with McLeod’s internal CRM to automate work order flow
  • Design SQL database structure for application template work orders within McLeod’s sales server environment, as well as within the internal CRM
  • Provide support for application related issues, or questions
  • Participate in planning sales processes, work order structure, task flows, and assignments to accommodate with Veloci
• Provide technical support and handle Sales AV tasks
  
  • Install various software/systems for all employees within McLeod's sales department, including continuous new releases of internal products, (Loadmaster, Document Power, PC Miler, SSMS(SQL server))

Competencies: 

• Knowledge of coding/programming concepts which can be applied to any language (VBA, Java, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, SuiteScript, FlowLogix, etc).
• Excellent process planning, organization, and communication skills

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret trade publications, technical documentation, reports, and other documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers, peers, or members of the business community. Ability to write communications and documentations grammatically correct for routine business correspondence.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions with abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and working knowledge of VBA, Java, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, SuiteScript, FlowLogix, and various other software programs.
