Position Description
The Network Liaison plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships between our organization and external stakeholders and partners within the community. This position requires strong networking skills, a deep understanding of health systems, and the ability to foster partnerships that enhance access to quality mental health services.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to)
· Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders and community partners, including, but not limited to, Behavioral Health Practices, Hospitals, Community Agencies, and Providers.
· Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership to enhance the delivery of behavioral health services.
· Facilitate joint initiatives, projects, or events that promote the well-being of individuals in need of mental health support.
· Stay informed about available behavioral health resources, programs, and services within the community.
· Assist in identifying and accessing external resources that complement and support our organization's mission.
· With our clinical and operations teams, participate in the development and implementation of educational outreach programs to raise awareness about behavioral health services and reduce stigma.
· Provide information to stakeholders about our organization's programs and services.
· Collaborate with healthcare providers, social services, and other agencies to facilitate seamless referrals and access to behavioral health services.
· Ensure effective communication and coordination between our organization and external referral sources.
· Collect and maintain data on network activities, collaborations, and outcomes.
· Generate regular reports to track the impact of networking efforts on the organization's behavioral health initiatives.
· Stay informed about local, state, and national behavioral health policies and advocate for changes that align with the organization's goals.

Qualifications
Experience
Required: 2 years experience working in a similar role for a Behavioral Health company.
Education
Bachelor's in social work, health administration, or a similar field preferred. (experience and education will be considered)
