Assesses individual needs and coordinates with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and deliver a holistic support plan. Additionally, Bereavement Coordinator requires a bachelor's degree in social work. May require the applicable State License to Practice Clinical Social Work. Typically reports to a manager. Definition : As a part of the ATCAA team, the CSBG Coordinator plays an essential role in ATCAA as a whole.
Under general supervision of the Executive Director, the CSBG Coordinator will coordinate with all members of the ATCAA Leadership Team to develop and implement Community Needs Assessments, Strategic Plan and Community Action Plan.
The CSBG Coordinator will monitor and report agency compliance with CSBG Organizational Standards.
The Coordinator will also work with agency directors to broaden the knowledge and use of ROMA principles and practices.
The CSBG Coordinator is also responsible for developing presentations to the ATCAA Board of Supervisors and will provide secretarial support to the Executive Director and serve as secretary to the ATCAA Board of Directors.
While working directly with the Executive Director and ATCAA Board, he / she is also a communications link between the Executive Director and the Agency management team and works with the Fiscal Officer to ensure efficient and effective coordination of Administrative / Board business.
Coordinate the process of planning and developing the agencys CSBG Action Plan (CAP);Guide and support management in program planning, implementation and analysis of agency projects / services, as it relates to CSBG Strategic Plan and CAP.
Attend quarterly CSBG Advisory Meetings;Assist Executive Director in developing CSBG presentations to the Board and elsewhere.
Assist Executive Director on special CSBG projects as needed.
Coordinate the board filings for the Fair Political Practices Commission other State and Federal filing requirements;Maintain Board contracts, reports, and correspondence; and support Board meetings.
Ability to draft business procedures with editing and proofreading skills.
Desired Qualifications : Experience in Project or Program managementExperience in developing PowerPoint chart presentationsExperience working with a Board of Directors of a public or private corporation;
Experience working within a similar governmental public or non-profit community based agency.
