The Productivity Manager’s purpose is to help set direction with site leadership to implement lean principles to deliver business results. Responsible for teaching, mentoring and execution of lean strategy via use of the High-Performance Work System (HPWS). Responsible for effective communication of site goals and objectives of the specific lean activities and to provide a system for measuring results of lean activities on an ongoing basis. Responsible for ensuring that lean improvements are rolled out quickly, effectively and that the improvements are sustainable.
