Under the direction of the Draught Installer team lead, the Draught Tech are responsible for the maintenance of beer lines at customer locations and support our Special Events.

Primary responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance of beer keg lines at all customer accounts
• Ensure proper rotation of code dates
• Support Draught Special Events 
• Follow AB code date policy as well as all ABC laws
• Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent customer service

Basic Qualifications:

• must be 18 years or older
• Able to lift, load, push, and pull 40 to 170 pounds daily
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, and background check
• Must possess a valid CA Driver's license and a driving record that meets established guidelines
• Mechanically inclined and able to understand the basics of plumbing and draught systems

Compensation & Benefits

• Current Employee Hourly Pay Rate Schedule: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
• Consistent overtime
