Job Description

Javelin Utility Services Inc. is searching for a Billing Coordinator to join us in our Springfield, Oregon office. We are looking for an individual who is passionate, hard-working, a good communicator, results driven, and dedicated to working in a team environment to ensure accurate and timely financial recording and reporting. If you are passionate about accounting and client service (internal and external), we would like to meet you.

Required Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant, hands-on accounting or billing experience
• Proficient knowledge of Quickbooks (QB), as well as Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
• Results-driven personality
• Excellent customer service both internal and external
• Exceptional time management and ability to problem solve under pressure
• Must have the ability to appropriately handle sensitive and/or confidential information
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Work independently under minimal supervision.
• Experience in telecommunications construction preferred

Position Responsibilities:

The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for

• Collaborate with finance team to maintain accounts receivables
• Work closely with the construction manager
• Assist with accurate and timely monthly invoicing
• Enter invoices accurately
• Research and fix billing errors
• Keep accurate records
• Communicate with managers and customers to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Complete projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Must pass U/A Test (urinalysis)

• Must have a clean driving record and a Valid Driver’s License.
