Billing Analyst jobs in Des Moines, IA

SHAZAM is looking for a Billing Analyst to join our team.  In this position, you will use your accounting and analytical skills to complete various monthly billing tasks. 

What you’ll do:

• Complete monthly billing functions for various items including monthly and annual customer billings, billing adjustments, one-time fees and other non-automated billing services
• Facilitate collection of sales tax for applicable fees
• Perform research, analysis and resolution duties related to billing, annual fee increases, calculation of sales tax, incentives and outstanding collections
• Prepare various monthly account reconciliations and journal entries
• Work with Sales and other internal staff to research questions and help ensure accuracy of fees and incentives
• Obtain training and perform backup tasks for other staff

Annual salary starting at $54,000 to $71,000*

*Actual compensation will be based upon factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
