Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit customer invoices
- Review billing for accuracy and completeness
- Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments
- Process credit memos and adjustments
- Assist with accounts receivable duties
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain billing documentation and records

Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in accounting principles
- Strong mathematical skills
- Experience with journal entries and account reconciliation
- Knowledge of technical accounting procedures
- Familiarity with financial services billing processes
- Understanding of governmental accounting standards
- Ability to perform credit analysis and financial data interpretation
- Previous experience in bookkeeping and customer service is a plus
