We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry/Billing Clerk. As a vital member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for accurate and efficient data entry, billing, and communication with both drivers and customers. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous individual with exceptional data entry skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Skills:
- Exquisite Data Entry Skills: Demonstrated ability to input large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
- High Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and rectify discrepancies in data and billing documentation.
- Great Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with both internal drivers and external customers.
- High Level of Organizational Skills: Proficient in organizing and managing data, invoices, and other related documentation.
Qualifications:- Enter Daily Haul Tickets:
- Accurately input daily haul tickets into the Ticket Management System.
- Ensure timely and precise data entry to facilitate billing and payroll processes.
- Billing and Invoicing:
- Generate and send invoices to customers on a weekly basis.
- Verify billing information for accuracy and completeness.
- Communication with Drivers:
- Address and communicate any discrepancies with drivers regarding haul tickets or related data.
- Collaborate with drivers to resolve any issues promptly.
- Communication with Customers:
- Interact with customers to address and resolve any billing discrepancies or concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry and billing roles.
- Proficient in using Ticket Management Systems and billing software.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
