Billing Specialist

Job Description:

The Billing Clerk position will be responsible for processing customer invoices and collecting payment from customers. This position will also be responsible for reviewing customer accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices and payments. The Billing Clerk will also process customer returns, modify invoices or payments, and process credit memos. The Billing Clerk will work closely with the Finance Manager and Sales Team to support daily accounting tasks and work in conjunction with the Finance Manager on special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Bilingual - Spanish/English - a plus, but not required.
·High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
·Minimum 1 year of accounting and collections experience required.
·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks Online.
·Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional demeanor.
·Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
·Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them efficiently.
·Must have strong organizational skills with excellent time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
