The Child Care Billing Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of billing activities within our child care facility.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of billing procedures and regulations in the child care industry.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Communicate billing policies and procedures clearly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of fee structures, including tuition rates, discounts, subsidies, and any additional charges.
Ensure that billing reflects the correct fee schedule for each child enrolled.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and documentation requirements.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all financial data.
