Job Title: Billing Administrator
Location: Evansville

Pay Rate 21-23 Bases on Experience.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of billing for our company, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and addressing customer inquiries related to billing.
Key Responsibilities:
Generating accurate and timely invoices for all products and services
Processing payments, applying credits, and reconciling accounts receivable
Responding to customer inquiries related to billing
Maintaining accurate customer billing records
Identifying and addressing billing discrepancies and errors
Developing and implementing processes to improve billing efficiency
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues
Preparing and presenting reports on billing activities to management
Ensuring compliance with company billing policies and procedures
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive financial information
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in billing or related field
Strong knowledge of billing processes and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
