**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant to the Billing Manager to join our team. The Assistant will be responsible for handling the departments phone calls, credit card transactions, asst billing staff and attend to walk in patients with billing questions.
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in clerical tasks
- Familiarity with Outlook
- Strong proofreading skills
- Knowledge of phone systems for effective communication with patients
- Ability to perform clerical duties efficiently
- Typing proficiency
- Computer literacy to utilize billing software and tools efficiently
- Must be proficient with basic math skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
Must have at least 3 years experience in an office setting.
GED ot highschool diploma
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
