Duties included, but are not limited to:- If necessary, enter charges to create insurance claims
- Review denials and rejected claims to determine next step
- Review claims for CPT, diagnosis codes, insurance and demographic errors
- Appeal denials
- Assist patients who call after receiving their statements
- Other duties as assigned by Manager to support goals to billing office
