- Agricultural Diploma/Degree or relevant qualification
- FAGASA level 2 (NQF4)
- Valid Firearm (rifle) License
- Good communicator English/Afrikaans and the local African language would be beneficial
- Must be honest, driven, organised & practically minded
- Must be able to work well with people
- Computer literate
- Basic tractor and farm machinery know-how
- Strong proven management skills
- Mechanically and maintenance orientated
- Valid drivers license
