We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Part-Time Billing Assistant. This position involves crucial responsibilities related to invoicing, collections, monitoring payment plans, insurance verifications, and more.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and complete accurate invoices in a timely manner.
- Conduct efficient and organized collections activities.
- Monitor and manage payment plans to ensure adherence.
- Verify insurance information with a keen eye for detail.
- Collaborate with team members to address billing-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
Requirements:- Previous experience in billing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in relevant software applications for billing purposes.
Schedule:This is a part-time position, offering 20- 25 hours per week Monday - Friday. Times can be negotiable during regular business hours 9AM - 6PM.
