We are currently adding an Billing Analyst to the team to help support the growth. This role will process receivables and incoming payments, review and invoice services rendered, reconcile customer accounts, investigate billing discrepancies, and make corrective adjustments if needed. This role is also responsible for taking customer payments over the phone.
The ideal candidate will have prior billing experience, intermediate excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, etc.), excellent customer service skills, and an attention to detail.
