Position: Bindery Operator Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities Include:

• Reading job tickets and following specifications with precision
• Setting up and operating bindery equipment including folders, cutters, and Bookletmakers
• Maintaining equipment throughout job runs to ensure optimal performance
• Running jobs according to quality standards and specifications
• Completing production records accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Performing other related duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bindery operations
• Experience with Mueller Martini saddle stitching equipment is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally
• Flexibility to work under tight deadlines
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift, bend, crawl, and twist
• Availability to work the 1st shift (6 am - 2 pm) with reliable transportation
• Immediate availability to start
• Provide 3 verifiable industry references

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
