Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and quality of completed products
• Objective evaluation of products and processes
• Works closely with operations personnel to achieve company standards
• Operating bindery and finishing machines
• Effective communication between the quality function and operations
• Inventory maintenance for the department
• Maintaining equipment
• Problem solving
• Packaging and Shipping
• Helping teammates
• Various other tasks as assigned

Experience/Education:

• Able to function well in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Excellent project and time management skills, ability to prioritize work
• Ability to communicate visually, orally, and in writing
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to learn new skills
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to use available resources to solve issues
