Bingo Manager manages and directs the daily activities of the bingo department. Approves jackpots and payouts and ensures that all appropriate forms are completed. Being a Bingo Manager ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Bingo Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Bingo Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. To be a Bingo Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. As an Assistant Manager at Panera Bread you would be responsible for providing outstanding leadership to your team. You must maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and facility management. You will assist the General Manager with daily operating procedures, such as maintaining cafe operations, ensuring product quality, maximizing financial contributions, and supervising the development of the Shift Supervisors and hourly cafe team members.

Hourly Assistant Manager Compensation Range: $19.00 per hour - $28.34 per hour ; Plus Monthly Profit
Additional Benefits: You will begin accruing vacation time upon hire at a rate of 3.4615 hours per pay period, capped at 90 hours of vacation per year. This job is also eligible for profit share bonuses.
Physical Standards: Ability to stand and exert mobility in a fast-pace environment for up to ten (10) hours in length; frequent reaching, bending, squatting and stooping; ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively
