Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bingo Manager to join our team. As a Bingo Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle cash transactions, and excellent conflict management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Ensure smooth operations and assigning tasks
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Must be a member in good standing of VFW Post 7686

- Must be able to get certified through NM Gaming Control Board

- Work week is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

- Work hours are 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Saturday 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling purposes
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Conflict management skills to handle employee or customer disputes
