Job Location: 200 Elm Street, Stamford, CT 06901 Position Type: contract( 9 months) with possible extension Pay rate $25/hr on w2 with Benefits Hours 32 hours per week Qualifications: • Preferred experience working in a microbiology laboratory or working on a degree with basic Microbiology laboratory courses. Responsibilities: • The position will be working as part of the microbiology laboratory team • Performing standard microbiological tests, such as preservative effectiveness, microbial limits testing, time kill kinetic studies, and in vivo testing • Supporting the North America Henkel Consumer Brands business. • Main responsibilities will be preparing large amounts of microbiological media, use of an autoclave, handling live microorganisms per standard procedures • Performing basic microbiological testing, dish washing, and reporting out of results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
