Job Summary

The MMS Traveling Biomedical Equip Tech II will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment at various healthcare facilities in the Silverdale, WA area. This position requires extensive travel and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair medical equipment at various healthcare facilities
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Order and maintain inventory of necessary parts and supplies
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records
• Provide training to healthcare staff on proper use and maintenance of equipment
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology or related field Preferred. 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment
• Strong knowledge of medical equipment and its operation
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
